Tasting Notes: The Cordero San Giorgio Moscato d'Asti Exergia is a brilliant straw yellow color with a fine perlage. The nose is intensely aromatic, opening with a delicate bouquet in which hints of acacia flowers, peaches and ripe apples jump from the glass. On the palate it is sweet, elegant, and fresh thanks to its good acidity. Lingering on the finish is a touch of ginger zest and summer fruits.
