EATALY LA has arranged to facilitate the collection of customer product reviews of products sold by EATALY LA. When you submit a product review to EATALY LA, any personal data that you disclose within the review is subject to being posted publicly on the website. By including your personal data in the product review you will be deemed to have consented to publishing of that information on our website.

EATALY lLA will not sell or otherwise share personal data with other people or nonaffiliated companies. EATALY LA will use your personal data to provide services to you at your request. EATALY LA will share this information with certain business partners to provide requested services that we do not provide directly. EATALY LA uses Authorize.net (our credit card processing/payment gateway company) to authorize and clear credit card information which is not shared with any other company including us. In connection with these payment services, it is necessary to share certain Personally Identifiable Information with such providers. At times, we partner with third parties to provide specific services, such as the mailing of our newsletters. When you sign up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide the specific services. EATALY LA uses a Credit Authorization Form for the purpose of processing and shipping gift cards and bulk or corporate orders. In order to process these types of transactions in addition to the credit authorization form, Eataly will also require you provide reasonable forms of positive identification.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

Please note that this website is hosted on our servers in the United States of America. If you are a customer, user or visitor from a country outside the United States, you are deemed to consent to the transfer of your personal data you disclose and submit from your country of residence or from which you access the website to the United States of America.

MEMBER SERVICES

In order to set up a user account with EATALY LA, you will be asked to complete a registration form. During the registration process, you are required to give your contact information (such as name and e-mail address). This information may be used to contact you about the services on our web site for which you have expressed interest, such as Web page personalization, order history and status.

SECURITY

EATALY LA has implemented reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards and security measures to protect personal data collected through this website. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES NOT AVAILABLE TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21

EATALY LA's online services for ordering alcoholic beverages are not intended for persons under 21 years of age. No one under age 21 may provide any information to or on the online services regarding the purchase of alcoholic beverages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 21. If you are under 21, do not use or provide any information on the online services or on or through any of its features/register on the online services, make any purchases through the online services, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the online services or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use related to alcoholic beverages.
