Tasting Notes: The color of the La Mozza Ciliegiolo is a deep ruby red, intense and brilliant with violet reflections with a typically Mediterranean nose of wild herbs and small black berries, thyme, and pink peppercorn. The long, consistent and silky tannins are well balanced by fullness and acidity, giving it immediate drinkability, together with a long possibility of evolution in the bottle. Try with a slight chill to bring out all the nuances.
