Tasting Notes: Inama's Soave Classico is made from Garganega grown on the volcanic soils of the Soave Classico hills east of Verona. Pale straw with aromas of white peach, citrus, almond and white flowers, it offers a fresh, smooth palate with a mineral, saline finish. Pair with risotto, seafood, vegetable antipasti, chicken and fresh cheeses.
Estate History: Inama is a family estate in San Bonifacio, a leading name in modern Soave and in Cabernet from the Colli Berici.
