Tasting Notes: The Zanasi Lambrusco di Sorbara is a rosé sparkling wine with intense, fine and persistent perlage, brilliant and crystalline. In the glass the nose is quite complex, with red berry-fruit hints, raspberries and uniquly floral. Dry and lively, with a lasting sensation of freshness and balance; and great persistence and harmony. It is excellent as an aperitif, an excellent pairing to antipasti, first courses, even meats and medium-aged cheeses.
