Tasting Notes: A traditional-method Extra Brut sparkling wine from Friuli's Isonzo area, aged on its lees for depth and finesse. Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles, it shows citrus, green apple, brioche and a chalky, very dry finish. Serve as an aperitivo or with oysters, crudo, fried seafood and soft cheeses.
Estate History: Lis Neris, the Pecorari family estate in San Lorenzo Isontino, is one of Friuli's most respected producers of white wines.
