Tasting Notes: One part of the grapes were pressed immediately after their arrival at the estate, another part were kept on the skins for 15 hours and the third part was in contact with stems and skins for about one year. These different components create a fresh, lively and precise Pinot Grigio.
Estate History: The Alois Lageder winery in Alto Adige comprises fifty-five hectares of the family's own vineyards, which are managed on the basis of biodynamic principles. The Lageder family has worked in wine production for six generations. Today, the winery is run by Alois and Alois Clemens Lageder.
