Tasting Notes: Conti Costanti's Brunello di Montalcino is a classic, elegant expression of Sangiovese from vineyards just east of the town of Montalcino. Garnet-ruby in color, it offers aromas of red cherry, violet, dried herbs, leather and spice, with refined tannins, vibrant acidity and great length. Decant and pair with bistecca, braised meats, game or aged pecorino.
Estate History: The Costanti family has lived at Colle al Matrichese in Montalcino for centuries and was among the very first to bottle wine under the Brunello name.
