Tasting Notes: Alcoholic fermentation with maceration of the skins (18-20 days) at a controlled temperature and spontaneous malolactic fermentation, both in truncated cone-shaped Slavonian oak casks. Fresh, with red fruit and vanilla shade. Good structure, slightly tannic, persistent.
