Tasting Notes: Pelaverga Piccolo is a rare native grape found almost exclusively around the village of Verduno in the Langhe. It makes a pale, fragrant red with wild strawberry, red cherry, rose and a signature white pepper spice, light tannins and lively freshness. Serve slightly chilled with salumi, vitello tonnato, roast chicken or grilled fish.
