Tasting Notes: Martin Gojer farms his Pranzegg estate on the steep slopes above Bolzano with a light, low-intervention touch. As the name promises, this “light red” blends Schiava with a little Lagrein for a bright, juicy, easy-drinking wine: red cherry, raspberry and violet with a hint of darker berries and spice, soft tannins and a fresh, savory finish. Serve chilled with charcuterie, pizza, grilled vegetables or roast chicken.
