Tasting Notes: Nero di Troia is a native red of northern Puglia, prized for its structure and aromatic character. This bottling, with some bottle age, shows a deep ruby-garnet color with aromas of black cherry, plum, violet, spice and leather, with a medium-full palate and firm tannins. Pair with grilled lamb, braised meats, orecchiette with ragù and aged cheeses.
