Tasting Notes: Greco di Bianco is a rare sweet wine from the area around Bianco on Calabria's Ionian coast, made from sun-dried Greco grapes. Deep golden in color, it offers dried apricot, orange peel, honey, figs and Mediterranean herbs with a rich, sweet palate balanced by fresh acidity. Serve with blue cheeses, almond pastries, crostata or simply on its own.
