Tasting Notes: A single-contrada Etna Rosso from Santo Spirito on the northern slope of Mount Etna, made from Nerello Mascalese. It shows red cherry, wild strawberry and dried flowers with smoky volcanic minerality, savory spice, fine-grained tannins and lively acidity. Decant and serve with grilled lamb, mushroom pasta, roast pork or swordfish.
