Tasting Notes: Dario Princic is one of the natural-wine pioneers of Oslavia in Friuli, on the Slovenian border. His Pinot Grigio is macerated on its skins in the traditional ramato style, giving a deep copper color and aromas of wild strawberry, blood orange, dried apricot and spice. The palate is textured and lightly tannic, with a long, savory finish. Excellent with charcuterie, roast pork or mushroom dishes.
